  Worst real estate agent in Townsville...not only did they fell short of expectations, the market appraisal withers away with time when they weren't able to gain interest from buyers, criticises the presentation of the house and put blame on anything but themselves. Very unprofessional, unable to negotiate and made me fix a perfectly functioning shower head for the eventual buyer because they didn't like it. They simply aren't professional and if you are selling your house, my experience is that they haven't acted in my interest. I seriously would not recommend this agency to anyone
